All product(s) must be returned in their original condition (unworn with original tags attached) for a full refund. Product(s) cannot be returned to a local retail store. Items with any sign of wear will not be accepted for a return. 

For items bought under any sales promotion, no returns or exchanges will be accepted unless the product is found faulty or defective. 

Please note that online order return / exchange is not acceptable in Paris Flagship store.

You have 30 days from the shipment date of your order to freely return your purchase made on eu.topologie.com as per the terms and conditions.

All items being returned must be unused and remain in their original packaging.

To initiate a return request, kindly visit our Return Center from the link below to submit the order number along with images of the product(s) intended for return and await an email regarding the status of your request.

After your request is approved, please use the provided return label from the email to return your order to Topologie.

Please be aware that online order returns can only be processed through the above procedure and will not be accepted at the Paris Flagship Store.

To initiate the exchange procedure, please provide the order number and images of the product(s) you wish to return. Please email the above information to info@topologie.com.

Item is eligible for an exchange only if it is unsealed and without usage.

For logistics reasons, customers are invited to order the products directly on our website.

Refunds are generally processed between 7-10 business days from receipt, and you will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Refund will be issued to the original payment method of your order. 

Please be noted that the shipping fee for the initial order is non-refundable in the case of a return or exchange.

- Item may be exchanged/ returned within 30 days of purchase in its original condition with tags and packaging intact; any signs of wear will not be accepted. 

- Item can be exchanged once only with official receipt presented.

- Exchange value must be the same or more than original receipt; unused exchange credit will be forfeited.

- No exchange or return for customised products (including our Co-Create Phone Case & topologie edit Phone Case).

- Discounted item is eligible for exchange and return.

- Exchanges or returns can only be processed at the store where the purchase was originally made.

- For phone cases, Topologie is not liable for any damages or losses due to falling when the product is installed or used. Topologie does not guarantee 100% protection for your smartphone. Scratches may occur from particles that can get inside the case. Handle with care and at your own risk.

- Topologie reserves the right for final decision in case of disputes.
